Conduit Fill Companion

O’Quinn Technical Services LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), the publisher of Conduit Fill Companion, provides the mobile app (“the app”). This policy explains what information the app handles, how it is used, and the choices available to you.

Information handled by the app

The app does not require an account. It does not include advertising or analytics services, and we do not operate an app backend that receives your calculations.

Information you enter or create in the app can be stored locally on your device. This may include conductor sizes, insulation types and quantities, raceway type and trade size, the short-nipple selection, calculation names, calculation dates, and the dataset version used in a saved calculation or report. The app also stores a local Pro-access status and, when needed to complete a store transaction, a transaction identifier. These items are used to provide app features and are not uploaded to us by the app.

Purchases

Optional Pro features are sold as a one-time digital purchase through Google Play or Apple’s App Store, depending on your device. The relevant store processes payments and manages its purchase records. We do not receive or store your payment card details. The app receives product and purchase-status information from the store so it can enable or restore Pro features. The store’s handling of your information is governed by its own privacy policy and account settings.

PDF reports and sharing

You may choose to create, download, or share a PDF report. A report can contain the calculation details described above and the name you gave a saved calculation. Downloaded files are stored using your device’s file facilities. If you choose to share a report, the operating system passes it to the app or service you select. That recipient’s handling of the report is governed by its own terms and privacy policy. We do not receive a copy through the app.

Information sharing and security

We do not sell your information. The app does not send calculation content to us or to third parties for advertising or analytics. The platform store processes purchase information as described above, and any destination you choose for a shared PDF receives the file you chose to share.

Information stored by the app remains subject to your device’s operating system and security. No method of local storage or electronic transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Retention and your choices

Saved calculations remain on your device until you delete them in the app or remove the app’s local data. The local Pro-access cache is used to support access on that device; purchase restoration is handled through your store account. Exported PDF files are managed separately by you and can be deleted using your device’s file-management tools. Device backups and store records may be subject to the relevant platform’s settings and retention practices.

Children’s privacy

The app is a general conduit-fill utility and is not designed to collect personal information from children. It does not require users to submit personal information to use its calculator.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app or its data practices change. The current version will show its effective date at the top of this page.
